I would recommend 5/3/1. Sorry for the smartass answer, but any template will help based on the goals you’ve described above, you’re going to need to be a lot more specific.
There’s a lot of info and examples in the Beyond 5/3/1 book about longer term planning and programming to check out. If you only have the first book definitely pick up Beyond.
Is there a reason you can’t continue with BBB? Did you do it for 3 months?
Probably the 3 months challenge.
This is where the 5/2 would shine.
