Been Doing 5/3/1 for 6 Months

I’m 46 yrs old and I’ve been doing 5/3/1 for 6 months. Love it. Had some great gains and at my age I like going slow and consistent. I do CrossFit, but I have cut my metcons back some to do 5/3/1 and I plan on completely switching away from CF after my membership lapses in a couple of months. I’m in the first wave of the BBB program now, and I feel pretty good. Maybe I started it too soon but I love lifting and I wanted more.

My question is, which e-book has most of the information in it for 5/3/1? I’d like to get it all in one book if possible. Really need the one that has the BBB program in it. Is the BBB program just a 3 month challenge or is it something you can do continuously?

Get Beyond 531, it is the newest and I believe has the most info in it. I also have the original and love it cause it has the huge weight chart in the back with all the percentages.

I finally stopped being retarded with training and invested fully into 531 and it is paying out huge dividends. Weights that used to be 3-5 reps are now 12-18, I too am loving it.

I would start with the original. It contains the basic programming and all the principles that are important to understand prior to trying other options.
