Hip you need a new thread: “what do you NOT eat before training?”
Way quicker/easier.

Out for craykoingisadirtybastard sandwich
Is the crayfish sandwich is anything like a lobster roll? Those are the best thing ever. Basically it’s lobster meat with a bit of mayo and green onions on a bun. You get them on the roadside in Nova Scotia with chips and they’re so good.

crayfish tail I think, mayo, rocket inbetween brown bread. Tastes good.

peanut butter and honey are always in my gym bag.
Eggs, and an espesso.
I train immediately after work, so I’ve had a couple of meals during the day. I drink a protein shake and eat a banana and usually begin my workout by running to the gym. Because of the running, any solid meal at this point is out of the question. I keep an extra banana in the gym bag (and some candy) if I feel I need some more energy during.

That is possibly the most vile thing I have ever read.
Depends when I lift, Weetabix before an AM session and flavored milk right after. I try and have some complex carbs if it’s a big session[/quote]
Hahahahaha, thanks for the laugh.
