i bench a bar with weights on it…hehehe.
I’m 5’10", roughly 240 (precontest right now) at about 7-8% BF, 31 years old, and I’ve been hitting the weights for about 13 years. I don’t max on bench because I know too many people who’ve blown pecs by maxing, but my personal best in the bench for reps is 315 for 19, 600 in the squat for a single and 635 in the dead for a single. Pretty pathetic for a powerlifter I know, but not bad for a bodybuilder, eh? And yes, these were done with good form.
