What Can/Should I Do? .

when i was young, 13 i weighed 320, my mother was unhappy nad put me on a herbalife shit plan, and i lost alt of weight. but i ended up with alot of baggy fat? and skin as well. ive been cutting off an on, low carb his, med carb this, 7+ days of cardio this, heavy weights this, nothing works.

my diet, i fall off early due to hunger pangs, and cravings, even when i stricly followed a diet under a good trainer, and cardioand lifting the body DIDNT change, i lost 2 inches, and regained it in a week.

ive got a consulation with a doctor next week, im looking into options, i hate this body, at 195, and 24-25% bf, i look fatter and worse than a 300 pounder at 25% bf.

any ADVICE?

sorry about picz, im incollege room and dont want roomate to know it was me.

1.) Stop making excuses.

2.) Read the beginner’s threads

3.) read more, follow the links in the threads above, read up as much information on diet/nutrition and training as you can

4.) Pick a solid beginner program, something like total body 3x week or maybe upper/lower split 4x per week, do some HIIT ~2-3x per week on non-lifting days

5.) Start.

No. Stop making excuses. If it really “doesn’t work”, you better call NASA because your metabolism seems to defy the laws of thermodynamics.

As long as your diet is halfway ok, you exercise regularly and get enough rest, it WILL work. 100%

Then the diet you selected was too harsh or too extreme and/or your will was too weak. Are you really determined to change your life ? You will have to put in some effort and it won’t always be easy.

Pick a good beginner program and follow it through

Eat often, small meals (6-8x per day, every ~2-3 hours)

get ~0.7-1g protein per lbs of bodyweight per day

eat some protein with every meal

eat a big breakfast with lots of complex carbs

don’t mix carbs and fats too often, either carb+protein or fat+protein

eat carbs pre and post workout

get enough sleep

‘real’ (not water) weight loss if quite slow (~1lbs per week), if you lose 1lbs of fat but gain 1lbs of muscle you scale won’t show a difference

…works for every human i’ve ever encountered

i have done that i am doing low carb keto now i hve been dieting for 2 years now trying to get rid of the SAME fat, off and on i drop and go drop and go i hate it

i read it may be fatty deposits which do not go away under skin after a major weight loss.

Fatty deposits or “fat cells” under the skin never go away. Heredity plays a major role in how many fat cells you have in your body and the placement of them. The only thing Fat deposits can do is shrink (when you lose weight) and get bigger (gaining fat), they just don’t go away.

what do you parents look like?

What the hell do you want us to tell you? You have such a shitty attitude toward this whole thing. No one is going to hand feed you what you need. Read up…apply the knowledge, and stop complaining.

Sounds like you’re struggling. The only way to win out over this is to either stay on a diet you tend to ‘fall off’ for the rest of your life or exercise, build muscle and strength and eat well but not excessively.

Your at a good base to start from now. Follow the points petrichor laid out now and for the next several years. The time is going to pass anyway, why not do something good with it?

a few things you should do.
Squat 3x10
Dealift 3x10
Bench press 3x10
miliary press 3x10
hiit

do this 3x a week. Should take about 30-45 minutes

Lean to like tuna and protein powder. They will be your new best friends

Eat somethning like this:
Breakfast:Oatmeal+ eggs/// grain or wheat toast with peanut butter with water

mid dayish meal: protein shake

lunch: sandwich on grain bread and no mayo/buter with water

dinner: whatever you want as long as it isn’t shit.

end of the day tuna/ big glass of milk

SLEEP+ REPEAT

my parents are skinny.

Yeah dude… just get lipo. All your body image problems will just disappear I promise.

Lipo is only acceptable for young males in the case of gyno. That’s IT.

There’s no magic bullet.

Important things take effort, sometimes a lot of hard work.

Others have done it, it can be done, you can do it too if you want to bad enough.

You have the information you need, now it’s up to you whether you succeed or fail. It’s time for you to find out what you’re made of.

Good luck

Don’t be a pussy. Excersize and stop moping. YOU made yourself what you are not any of us. You went to a bodybuilding forum looking for sympathy. Now you say you’re 20 and want liposuction? Maybe since you can’t man up to do real work it is the only way for you. You have 2 choices lipo and eventually gaining the weight back because you suck at dieting. or B get off your ass… throw away the potatoe chips and hit the weights.
