Well here’s my jam…

If I’m logging it means I’m directing my thoughts/feeling straight from my brain to my computer. There is no middle man, I have no filter.
It’s therapeutic for me, don’t get me wrong, but it also wreaks havoc because I’m a highly, HIGHLY sensitive individual. And I am also prone to panic attacks (OBVS), and I try to steer away from things that intensify them.

Don’t worry about what people on the internet think of you they say. Don’t worry about negative comments or peoples’ opinions of your decisions. Live your life. Haters gonn’ hate.

Or just accept the fact that opening yourself up on a public forum is bound to stir up some naysayers and just take the punches as they come.
But it is not so simple for me. I DO CARE what people on the internet think of me, I DO CARE if I’ve done something that warrants disapproval. I do feel that this is somewhat of a confessional, and if I have done something that I feel guilty about those feelings become amplified because O-M-G, what’s T-Nation gonna say?!?! T-Nation wont be proud of me now!!

So then guilt induced anxiety becomes a full-blown episode when it could have just been a bit of hyperventilating.
I don’t know how many people have had legitimate/extreme panic attacks, but they are more than just a bit uncomfortable. They are absolutely terrifying, and sometimes I get comments or people say things, not even necessarily all that harshly, and it wigs me out completely. So for those reasons, I worry.
I also worry that even though I’m very open with my crazy-go-crazy-ness, sometimes I feel it’s made out to be more mental ward esq. than it actually is.

My demons are very much internal, my heart, my brain, my vag, it’s where they live, grow, feed, torment…
But in my day to day life they typically just stay there. Partly because they bring me shame, and partly because I’ve dealt with myself for so long I know how to keep this shit under the radar for the most part.

I don’t even know what my point was supposed to be anymore…
