K I wish I didnāt have to say this, but days without incident is ZERO
I was fine with my bench press when I was doing it yesterday, but then after I got home I started having a panic attack about the crooked-ness, and then it got super intense and it lasted for hours and it ruined half my day yesterday 
I think I was more upset that I was having a panic attack than about the fact that my bench was crooked.
I canāt expect to never get anxiety about my workouts or whatever because it seems darn near impossible to go that many days without wigging out about something. I just care so darn much and if Iām in one of those moods or its gonna be one of those days, then itās gonna be one of those days. Itās not a matter of if, just a matter of what exactly will set me off. A crooked rep, a slow rep, doing one less set than I think I should, etc, etcā¦
SO: ideas
I think instead of beating myself up every time I start to have a panic attack I will have a go-to nice thing for myself. like

for 5 minutes

Say nice things to yourself
take deep breaths
remind yourself how far your strength has come

I just feel old sometimes

cause 30 is old
and everyone on instagram is like 20, squatting 3 plates, and doing every rep perfectly, LOL
im over here all like almost 30, and my hips feel so tight sometimes I feel like ima die
