WELL my deadlift shoes are the Sabo deadlift shoes. They are amazing and easily added 10lbs to my sumo stance like the first time I used them.
I also highly recommend the metal powerlift shoe for squats for people who are hamstring dominant squatters.
Both of them are in European sizing so get that all figured out before you order ![]()

Yesterday, like all my ābad daysā was a real eye opener for me.
I canāt even begin to tell you how much my heart broke not being able to properly do sumo deadlifts and feeling so weak. Like because I am so in love with powerlifting I am also super sensitive and feel really, really down when I feel like I failed at something.
So N E WAy I was super worked up all day and had a really bad sleep and just stated telling myself like, you canāt let yourself get so upset about workouts anymore. It seems like I have more bad lifting days than good, well, mentally bad anyway. A few off reps and Iām miserable for a week. 4 out of 7 days im super irritable because something didnāt go perfectly according to plan, gah.
