Ya they did blood work at the hospital. My kidneys and everything are fine. Honestly, maybe it’s some kind of just freak thing. Not that dr house would be satisfied, but you know haha
And you know what else ? On monday guy from work came over to “dump” me because someone may have almost found out about us.
So there I am, lying in bed , not sure if I’ll be able to walk well enough to go lock the door after him, being dumped after one of the most traumatizing nights of my life.
Like jeez talk about a bad week.
I was looking forward to this party and these holidays for so long. Other wonderful days passed me by because I had these events in my mind, and look how it turned out ?
I’m so like this, all the time, waiting for the next day off , the next workout, the next cheat meal ,the next rep, be mindful people…
I got so down yesterday figuring all this is ruined, but there are lots of days to be salvaged here.
Things could have been so much worse. I’ve looked at travel claims where one of the expenses is funeral costs. I’m sure they were looking forward to their Arizona trip for a long time and , wow, that turned out a lot worse than my party.

Things are going quite well. I was understandably depressed at the end of November , but December has been wonderful.
I got semi promoted at work, and am being trained for a back up in something that could become permanent in 2020 if I’m the selected candidate. Even if I’m not, I love it, and am happy to do it whenever they need me.
I’m over the guy from work again for the third time this year, lol. Not because I found some other replacement loser, just because I’m ok being on my own again and dont feel this gaping void.
Workouts have been amazing. I’m down to 124lbs and had to buy new pants ![]()
I changed to a body part split.
2 leg days one more quad ass one more ham ass, one back and one shoulder day.
If I get the new position, my hours will change to 930-6 and I’ll have more time to lift and wont have to get up so early, bonus !
Gabes still doing great. Hes busy with so many things, so we don’t really hang anymore, but I know this is healthy and normal, and I think I’ve adjusted to it now for the most part.

My squats look so high to me… I always forget how hard it is to go deep with super long femurs

It’s also hard to go to depth with bar position that low. I think it’s about the lowest bar position I’ve seen. Even an inch higher would probably make it a lot easier to hit depth if you’re concerned about it.

The bar position that low should be a stronger position, it’s how I squat for comp, but it does look like you cut it high.
Ya its heeled shows. I can tell I’m high. I think I pause higher than my rep squats though, I’m not sure now
Having long femurs is so fucking annoying
Also , I have the mobility because my front squats are deep. But with back squats my elbows touch my leg and I cut high to avoid that maybe that will go away if i move the bar up?
Or you could move your hands out so your elbows aren’t so low.
Ok wider grip, higher bar, lower squats got it
Also why is it taking me my entire adult life to adjust and tinker with my squats like gawddd just be good already!!
