You do that perfectly yourself
What is an example of you’re linear progression? How has it moved you’re numbers? What are you’re squat/bench/dead numbers? Your a jerk if you don’t show you’re numbers and criticize another method of training.
This is also a great first time template…

I would never have the balls to critique lifts that the top of the top lifters do. Hell, even a decade from now I’m still going to respect his lifts. He’s an old injured beat to hell man with freakishly long legs, and is still breaking records. That sounds pretty damn respectable without even going into how intense he is.
Also, chicksan, I train conjugate (And it’s making my lifts explode now that I’m following louie simmons recommendations better!). It’s the only thing that can move my squat, and bench consistently. I’ve actually started using bands for raw lifting, and I’ve been finding some nice results from them. :)
Sorry it took me so long to respond…and I see the thread is in much better shape than Friday, lol.
The conjugate system is great, it took my squat up over 135lbs in just under 2 years. I did everything that supposedly doesn’t help a raw lifter, like using a box, bands and chains.
To the OP, your attitude got you trolled, and trolled hard. Next time, just open your mind a bit and realize that most of the people calling you an ignorant ass would have probably helped you to become stronger had you kept your trap shut. Just an observation.
