OK both kind SUCK day and AWESOME DAY!!
The suck. Im wore out need to back off just all this extra LIFE stuff demolition, work, lack of sleep catching up with me. Took all I had to get a very very nominal PR not even what I was aiming and that zapped me for all I had for the day as far as DOING IT!! That and wasn’t fired up to train for me that’s the biggest sign to Back off a bit before things get bad.
Ill be backing off, go very light on assistance again Thursday, not doing events Saturday going to go work The Missouri Strongest man contest, reset implements and just have a good time.
Have a ton of work to do still but just try and get some rest and EAT!!! So all In all NOT horrid still got a so called PR but nothing to write home about. After it just went for some good singles lowered the volume.
The AWESOME!!! I DL’d Today didn?t go HEAVY but better then I thought prob as far as I should have pushed it today got a NICE pull in the arm. But No pain Kind of odd at lockout. But VERY pleased and felt great to DL

OK just nothing to feel great about this was dog hard and shouldn?t have been would have been a 5 lb 3RM but on the third rep took bad arm off bar and slightly braced quad wont count it. I suppose it?s a two rep PR. These with the safety squat Bar are still DARN hard compared to a regular bar even with a higher load. Rest and come back strong

Had no real clue what to expect started at the 135 and felt it out. 315 was for sure pushing it arm wise but back etc felt good. I chose to do the 6 inch deficit still leg just to make the sub par load a bit more of a challenge
Something to build on for sure. Once I can really PULL hard I think I havent lost to much. To be seen.

keep the pics coming. I stayed up late last night and finished my drop ceiling. I’m going to hang the doors next. my wife bought me the first two seasons of the Sapranos on DVD. Once I get the room done and a big ass flat screen on the wall, i’ll be living down there for summer. I only have a couple more days of work before summer break.
Maybe I’ll go train this evening. hopefully i will get my John Bastow videos in the mail so I can get my glute burn on.
