Um…it’s below where you calculated shipping, right in the middle there’s a button that says “Check Out”

I swear I’m on the site right now and there is just a big blank screen below Calculate Shipping. I’m going try to empty my cart and clear any cookies, and try it again.

Ok, I emptied the cart, deleted all cookies, re-added everything to my cart, and the same thing happened. But, when I hit enter, instead of clicking on calculate shipping, the option to checkout appeared. Seriously, I’m not imagining this! Probably should have posted this in the thread for the DVD, ah well.

The dl/sq is definitly a great dvd and makes you want to go lift your f-in brains out. think I’ll get the bench one. 6 bucks can’t beat it.

no more lolling through a work out, its time to train again not w/o. ive been over thinking/under working, rightly i suppose since kind of have been figuring out what i could do exercise wise. no more

Can’t you just chill for 2 more stupid weeks??? You train harder with 1 arm then most of us with 2. And would it really be a PR if you only have one working stinking arm?? When you break that same PR with 2 arms, is that really a new PR??

Thats it. Just wanted to give you some shit and tell you to relax you crazy bastard.

c.

ps you’ll be heavy DLing in no time. don’t sweat it. Unless your just paranoid I’ll catch up to you…

no, can you take a full 6 weeks at less then all out intensity or feel you should?

as i should train as hard or better harder then any and everyone. I have no desire to just be good have to step past that no? lol

yes as long as it was all out

[quote]

sure if its say a one arm DL then sure and other things that i get to use two arms for ill revert to old PR’s and new3 ones post op PR’s. Should i stop trying to get PR’s just cause i have one arm should i use it as an excuse to be lazy?? average??

  1. One arm 400lb tire flippin, 25 reps time = 5 mins 50 seconds
Figure start doing these for time try and beat it tough as that one arm gets worn almost mental as the rest of the body has plenty left
Man this was longer then I thought it was got 9 in first minute I think then just kept getting 1-3 reps I can beat this have a time set a goal now so that?s good was nice tire had no water in it

4/21/07 ME Lower and other stuff

A)ME Squat
Bar x 8
135 x 4
185 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 1
385 x 1
405 x 2
415 x 1 x 2

B)Pull-throughs=98.5 x 12 x 3

C)Pullups=5 x 5

D)Blast Strap Fallouts=8 x 3

E)Flat DB Presses=105 x 8, 8, 7

F)TKEs, mini-band pushdowns

NOTES: This has been an interesting week. A few days ago I stripped the rack doing dumbbell presses, from 130s all the way down to 15s, basically doing 1 set at each weight one rep short of failure. Then I did four sets of cable rows. My chest is still sore from that session.

Today I knew I should do something for my legs and low back, and figured I could throw in some upper body stuff. I’ve been doing some stuff from I/O for about 3 weeks, and it’s already making a huge difference. I’ve never been able to stay so vertical doing pullups–I think my various scapular retractors/depressors/manifestators are working much better, and my posture’s gotten better too.

Come Monday I’m gettin’ back at it. I need to do more max doubles and triples, less 1 RM stuff, and I think more rep work with the big three, especially DL and bench.

I just saw in my profile that I have made exactly 1000 posts. I hope at least 1/2 of them were worthwile.

ME Squat/Dead

Worked up to 205 in the power clean.

Missed 520 and 495 conventional, but ground one out sumo.

I did some powersquat machine squats and worked up to 12 plates x 3

04/22/07 - 5 mile road race

Final Score:

5 Miler - 1
Modi - 0

Running sucked, as expected. It was fairly warm (mid 70’s), and I really didn’t train for this run. There were a little over 2000 runners, so it actually took 2-3 minutes to start jogging and cross the start line. Final time 52:28.

Guys, please don’t revoke my PL membership, no more road races for a while. ME Squats later today. Should be fun with sore quads.

no problem… where there’s a will there’s a way. I would comment on your workout but I’m waiting for the Crib Notes to come out.

Your calves got sore from the sled dragging. I do them bare footed. I get a lot more out of them that way. try it, I’m sure you will like it.

count down to the end of Gimphood…

Meat, no worries…I didn’t exactly blend in with the runners.

04/23/07 - Squat (ME)

A) 14" Box Squat
135x8
185x4
225x3
275x3
315x3
325x3
335x3! (PR)

B)DB Step up (17")
70x8
80x8
85x6! (PR)

C)Pullups
6
+35x6
+35x5
+35x5
8 (slow&squeeze)

D)Cable Pullovers
80x8
100x8
100x8 (incline)
100x8 (incline)

E)Weighted Abdominals
Plank +20x60sec
Plank +20x60sec

First time doing box squats on 14" box, so anything is a PR (lol). Quads felt surprisingly good, last set was tough. These will be a staple exercise in my future.

Cable pullovers felt awkward at best. I’m trying to stay in the 6-8 range for accessory work and the DB’s only go up to 90. Will have to get creative next week.
