Various stuff hooked the dog leash to the cable machine and could actually do front raises, let raises, pulls to hit upper back etc with cast lol did well a bunch of these with just the weight of the cast and the machine added 10 lbs and did a few felt good no pain at all etc just stopped don?t want to risk anything ill ask doc about this stuff very light next week
Left arm, press downs curls, raises etc. left arm was pumped to heck from constantly working loading all the weights etc
Oh 1 set leg ex, and leg curls
Felt good to do something, and I accomplished tieing my shoes ; )

Movin some serious weight man, especially on those RDLs. What’s your best box squat so far? If you are moving 275 with speed than that’s impressive. I’ve noticed your bench is good, especially at your bodyweight. Keep up the hard work.

Thanks man. My best box squat is a double at 315, I’ve never gone higher. I did a free squat double at 365 and have done 395 for a single. My squat is by far the lift im the least comfortable with. Some if its probably form, some of its weak quads.
I do think heavy rdls are one of the best ways to help the dead though.
I’M leaving today for the Canadian IPF championship. I’M confident but also very nervous. It will be an awesome week end, more than 230 lifters, 3 days of lifting, one day coaching my partner, a 16 hours train ride!
