BTW- You are one strong summbitch & getting huge! Props sir.
Not just wimmenz…but smart, schmexy, hard-training wimmenz. My favourite kind.
Thanks! I think I’m getting stronger. I’ve been sitting at the 201-203 range for quite a while. I’m probably going to end up at 195ish for the cruise for purely vain reasons. If I can get to a solid 210 by the end of 2012 that would be cool.

Oh hey, I was going to come lol at your meme too!
Yup Lula, it was a meme. And a totally fitting one.
I thought interjecting with lulz may not go over well.
Oh and thank for all the advice in my log Git!
Speaking of memes, I sent this my wife saying I wanted her to be my lioness for life. She did a LMAO and showed everyone at work. They are a bunch of 20-something software people so I guess that’s OK.
And, I have to compliment you on your taste and Dirty Pretty choices. I’ve been using many for my schmexy texts. You rock.
I actually started posting them because I was in a long distance relationship and Id get streams of them emailed to me on some days. Then, he was out of the picture, but I liked them so much I started my own collecting. And what good is a collection no one gets to see? Maybe it’ll make your wife want her own!
Oh and I think you may be doing the dirty texts wrong, they’re supposed to include pictures of you!

Feel free to post them here for us to enjoy too.

I’m not sure if she will start her own collection or not. I don’t think she is as visual as I am. Although, today she did send me a link to Janet Jackson’s Nasty Boys video…lol, she is so 90’s. I don’t know any sexy videos.
Ha, can you imagine if I posted sexy texts here…my cred is probably pretty weak as it is!
Okay maybe I don’t understand but I thought DE days were supposed to be all about low weights and speed.
Generally, yes. But I have seen DE programming where there are a few heavy days. Out of the 8 weeks in this plan, there are 2 DE squat days where I work up to a heavy double.

You rang?
I like that we are all going through experimental training phases. My wists are hurting these days too. I’m using extra supps for joint care. we shall see if it works.
Just getting caught up. Congrats on the FP PR! I’m a fan of the floor press too.
Interesting on a heavy double on your DE days. I too was under the impression that DE days were only about the light weights. It looks like WS is also pretty flexible and gets tailored to suit the individual.

If you don’t experiment then you are just taking someone else’s word for it. Might as well give it an honest go and then know for sure.

Thanks!
There is a lot of flexibility. This can be good or it can cause programming paralysis. I’m slowly moving from the latter to the former.
Those front plate raises are so hard. I never understood why they feel so much harder than db raises…
Do you do these band pull apart thiniges that I keep reading about in everybody’s log? Should I buy some type of band or something? You seem like you know your shit so I am askin’ you, ha.

More hot chicks in my log…awesome!
And plate raises are friggin hard. I think it is because the begin at a dead stop in front of you.
OK, on the bands, the ones I have are from EliteFTS but seeing as you are a fine Canuck like me, you will get screwed on the shipping. But I see you are from Alberta. These guys are in Edmonton and sell two lines of bands…Iron Woody (well respected) and their own (which I am sure are just fine). If you are using them for pullaparts and face pulls, get the orange micros and the red minis. Both of these movements are great for upper back and shoulders. I’ll likely do 100 pullaparts tonight.
And you can get into some neat stuff like using bands for resistance on your bench press.

Did you ever get that shed insulated or are you still lifting in cold weather gear?
The shed is insulated but I don’t have heat…yet. I just completed building a house (to sell, not live in. final inspection was today) and now the electrician can get his ass out here and hook me up. I hope.

Luckis in Edmonton carries lots of jumpstretch bands. Go Mango carries Iron Woody. Both work great.
As for the owner of this log, lookin sharp, old man. You guys getting punished with storms or what?
