Thanks dday. The rack is about 200lbs so there is no problem with the bands. If / when I get into some serious band tension, I’ll need to do something else. I can’t anchor them on the floor since I lose all tension when I am on the box.

not kidding about Antigua - going with the hubby in february. Found somewhere affordable that came with good praise. It’s considered a 3 star but visitors have rated it 4. Would have loved Jamaica but once you add the tips, cost of activities and diving, it was out of our price range.
