Shed is almost complete. Just need to tape drywall joints, paint and get overhead lights installed. And the heat pump, lol. It’s going to be a little too pretty but in for a penny in for a pound, I guess. And I want to build a lifting platform to keep weights off the concrete floor. I found some good 4x6’ rubber mats at a local fitness store for reasonable $$.

Oh yeah, a platform is essential! I highly agree! Plus then you can do cleans and what not, no? Get that shack a shakin’! hee hee
Have a great weekend, git! Training looks good :)
Hai!
Yes, the platform will be a needed touch. I don’t know about Oly type stuff though. We’ll see. I fear for my safety

Nice session. I love the CS DB Rows. Your traps/rhomboids should be nice and angry at you tomorrow.

You’re right. My upper and mid back is tightening up.
I’m going to like the trap bar. I can pull up and back better on shrugs similar to DBs.

My new job with the company I work for was confirmed on Friday. Part of it involves building / delivering training programs for clients. And some travel.
January - Turks and Caicos for a week
February - Antigua for a week
March - Jamaica and Panama for a week each
It’s quite a lot of travel but I suppose I shouldn’t complain, lol. It settles down after this initial flurry. I need to figure out how to get my wife down for some of these. She deserves it.
Doesn’t sound bad at all!
I wouldn’t mind a traveling job!

Fantastic work. Where do you feel the CS DB rows? Do they target higher than DB rows?
james
Thanks james. I’ll admit that I don’t like DB rows. I don’t find they hit my back they way I want.
I find that if the CS DB rows are done somewhere between parallel to the floor and with the end of the bench raised 6", they really hit my lats IF I pull the DBs up and back toward my abs. If I pull up toward my chest, my rhomboids get pretty sore. I used 4" yesterday and my lats are pretty DOMSy.
205 + doubled minis (+70lbs at the top, +40 at the bottom) for more band tension compared to 215 + doubled monster minis last time; preferred this set up
