Thanks! I need to pull the weight back a bit more but I was pretty pleased.
Clasping my hands…never thought of that! You always drop good tips in here. Much appreciated.
Jeebus, is the whole point of Zerchers simply to cause as much physical pain as possible? Those look really, really tough. Great work.

I forgot how much I like them. Hit the lower body, upper back and abs hard.
Those zerchers were hardcore bro, I havent done them in ages, after the meet I think Ill start rotating em in…
I’d rather have a stroke than ever do zercher squats again, I think.
Low rep Zerchers sound like a special kind of hell.

You definitely need to embrace the hurt ![]()
I was reading some positive Westside stuff about them and they came up yesterday when I was reading this blog http://chaosandpain.blogspot.com/

I am totally into this blog’s taste in women, I’m gonna read a couple posts before I do my homework.
Zerchers seem to work great for a lot of people, we’ve done for ME a little bit, but with some many options ( we’ve got lots of secialty bars and stuff) they don’t come up that often. Seems to help some people with their DL quite alot though.
I’m also terrible at them, i think my PR is like 353x3, so I never want to do them haha
holy smokin zerchers! Great fight Git. w
Why did you switch to earphones? I miss your soundtrack…
also the lifting cabin is getting prettier ![]()

If I had all the training toys that you do I think my head would explode trying to figure out what to do next. Jealous.
I’d love to have a safety squat bar.

Lifting cabin…sounds very Canadian ![]()
I took the stereo out while I work on making the place a little prettier. Too much dust for the electronics. It’s going to be cool when it is done.
I much prefer the stereo too. I don’t have to listen to myself on video.
Gotta love the SSB, it’s very challenging. And don’t forget that you’re free to stop by and use it if you’re ever in the area, we like having guests.

Your going to have to embrace “Lifting Cabin”, that NLmain called it, has a nice ring to it. Maybe it will take away some of the pain from lifting, second thought what fun would that be.
Is the family still training together?

Yeah, I actually like the pain ![]()
The “Cabin” has been a bit of a disaster lately while I try to get it put together. Once it is cleaned up and the heat turned on, I’m sure it will get used.
