Chain pushups
3 x 12-15…vid. Not really sure how much chain weight. I need some heavier gauge chain. But that 5/8" stuff is pricey. I keep looking for used.

Dude that vid is awesome. Arms are looking great, FWIW if you can get a still shot right before you start the pushups, it would be a great avi…
Thanks brother. Chicks dig chains (or so I hear) so I’m going to keep using them.
But I gots to be honest, every time I look at your vids I feel little. I need another 20 not flabby pounds.

Can you recommend a gym in the HRM?
Jeez, it’s been so long since i was at a decent commercial gym. The Sackville Sports Stadium always had a box with chalk in the weight room so that was a good sign. Heavy DBs up to around 200 if I recall. Couple squat racks. Haven’t been there in 2 years though.
it’s been a while, but Fitness FX on Quinpool used to be (might still be) owned by a huge juice monkey. nice guy though. If he is still there I’m sure you could drop stuff without getting into trouble.

Of course, we have the usual Goodlife gyms.

I know exactly where that Fitness FX is, I’ll check that out. Thanks for the heads up man.

Wut up Telly? Lookin’ thick like oak.
Hey crazy dog! I’ll have you know that my sneakers are blue suede…I’m.just.that.cool.
I thought you hated socks, period. Or was that just on women? Can’t remember.
Things are pretty good here. Wife is heating things up lately, kids are doing great in school, job is not bad, family is healthy.

You are so rt, socks on female equal flaccid… fishnets, a whole different story.
Good to hear all things are good on your side. That’s a nice feeling to have when everything is riding the crest.
On your wife heating things up calls for a drink. I’ll make sure to fill the mason jar this weekend.
Got suckered into having a beer after work. Text from boss that he was there and beer was already poured. Ugh.
Got home. Fed kids. Had a PBJ sammich. Shook off beer fatigue. Fired up my new (to me) Arcade Fire and Black Label Society CDs and kicked some ass.

Further corroboration that hot chicks dig chains
I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and buy heavier chain from an industrial place close to where I work.
In case anyone is interested:
1/2" is 2.4lb/ft and about $6/ft taxes in. A 5’ length would be 12lbs.
5/8" is 3.6lb/ft and about $10/ft taxes in. A 5’ length would be 18 lbs.
