Do you find you benefit from all the delt work? Do you handle it well? I’ve been thinking of upping my delt work a little and was just wondering how you’re handling it.
i have only been on this program for a couple of days now, so i cant really say much, but so far my delts have been ok, i dont use as much weight as i usually would be able to becuase they are getting hit by so many different exercises. i’ll see how they respond over the next couple of weeks but i do not forsee any problems because i can usually handle high volume pretty well
