I am doing the simplest strength template for my big supplemental lift. How would I incorporate the Wendler 6 for my assistance at the end for each of these 4 days?

Accessory 3 sets 15-20 reps each
Upper: Lower:
Lats. Hamstring
Upper back. Low Back
Biceps. Abs
Triceps
Put them in where they fitā¦
So
Bench
Incline
-dips
-rows
-curls
-shrugs
Squat
SLD
-leg curl
-back extension
-abs
Repeat for other 2 days of upper body / lower body?

Yep that looks like a great start.
You can break it up and do glutes, hams, on squat days and quads on deadlift days lower body
Thing shoulders for bench day
Middle upper back for OHP day
Check out my log. I ran that program for three cycles and had great success with it.
