Simplest Strength Template

I ran BBB for 6 cycles and I’m going to try sst, and I have a couple of questions. First, should there only be one “big” assistance lift per workout? Would it be too taxing to have more than that? For example on the 5/3/1 press day:
Press 5/3/1
Close grip bench SST
Barbell row

This instead of having individual isolations for lats, upper back, biceps and triceps?

Secondly, this pretty much goes with my first question. If I have power cleans before squats, would I have another “big” assistance lift after squats or move onto the isolations?

Thanks for the help guys

I would highly recommend using the template and workout that is in the book. Then after many cycles you can use your own best judgement based on the experiences. Barbell rows are fine to superset.
