Weird, but impressive

So like…me being right, or me using hindsight?

The combination of you being right in hindsight

Interesting. Can you be wrong in hindsight? I guess so.

Isn’t that the basis for regret

I want to say that I am always right in hindsight. But the more I think about it, that feels wrong.

I see what you did there.

Feels off still lifts near 4 plates

Yeah, I dunno, it was a combination of feeling a bit tired, breaking in the new figure 8s, using different equipment on a different surface, etc. Out of the comfort zone in every way. Might also be menstruating, hard to be sure. But when you already know you can do it, you just go do it, right?

This is the first time I’ve heard of someone keeping track of his rear delt fly PR, haha.
The machine row is unusual but not quite as much.

Hah, that is my app keeping track of it, I could care less. I usually don’t even log stuff like that, but I am making more of an effort now to specifically work pressing muscles, so figured it would be good to write it down, as it were.

Probably y my Delts aren’t juicy. Got an adjustable DB and micro plates now so I can treat lateral raises srs like a comp lift

Wear a belt and hit the ammonia for the extra douchebag effect when doing isolations!

And lifting straps, to make sure the 10 kilo DBs don’t slide around in your hands during explosive flyes!

True. Get a spotter just in case!

Make sure the spotter adds some assistance and screams all you bro as well.

Got nothing to add maybe a “If bar not bendi u is prentendi” shirt or some other cliche: Train Insane etc.

Well, both parties should also be wearing lycra shorts.

Also, I think I have made up my mind. Squat is going to go on the Training Maximally scheme, just like deads. I think I can still get a good mix of intensity and volume, especially if I squat for volume a second time each week.

So starting today, cycle 2 begins. Squat and Dead on TM, and Bench and Press on BBB.
