@wiseman83 this is a great place to come to hear about easy work outs and then see weekly PRs. Seriously though @Cyrrex is a more mature member like me and still strong as all hell. Simple hard work and progression in here, similar to the way we are doing it.

did 20 once. just to say i’d done it more than anything. You regret it greatly at about 15 reps…but at that point, what are ya gunna do, quit?
I have conditioned myself over the past months to get to 20 in pretty good shape, but yeah…at some point it becomes a question of how much torture you can put up with. The breathing becomes insane around 23 reps and just gets worse every rep thereafter and takes a good 15 minutes to settle your body down again when you’re done.
But being able to treat 100 like it’s your bitch…it is well worth it.
