I still haven’t worked out since being sick. I think I will do some neural charge work today to get me on track again. I did do a chin up yesterday which is just freaking awesome for me, since I haven’t been able to do one of those since I was 10.

Do some light work today. Neural charge type stuff. Then did a chin up again. I am so freaking amazed still. I know that doesnt seem like a big achievement for most, but it is for me!

Surprised I couldn’t do a chin up today. :-(. I’m pretty sore. I’m just glad I’m done being sick and am back in the gym. I can’t wait to get back to the States and purchase a good food scale so I can weigh food accurately. Until then, it is approximate serving size. I wonder how fast I can get this last amount of fat off?

That’s awesome. Nice progress. Keep it up.

I’ve noticed in your sessions you do straight sets. Have you considered ramping your weights? For example if you do 5 sets of something, start at a lowwe weight and build up…strength gains will come to you faster with this method I believe. more strength means bigger weights lidter and that turns into a higher number of calories burned…

The basic idea is starting with a lighter weight as I said and using higher reps…the decresing the reps and adding weight until you have hit a weight you can handle for 3 or 4 solid reps

Still lifting and am now able to do 2 pull ups from a hang. These last 5-7 lbs are being stubborn. I’m going to cut calories and carbs one last time and hopefully by February I’ll be where I want to be…

Steady at 142…working out and dieting suck by the way…hopefully pass the 140 mark by next week and hopefully into the 130somethings before I leave the island…

I have one week left on this stinking island and can’t seem to bust through the 140lbs mark. I’ve cut carbs and calories and now my muscles hurt…idk what to do…cause now I don’t feel like working out because I have no energy and my back hurts…I guess I’m doing a ‘cleanse’ when I get home…f’ing diet…

My belly button measured in at just under 32"!!! But we will make it official on Friday’s weigh-in…
