can anyone tell me whatthey think a standard trap bar weighs. the one i currently train with is a diamond shaped one, not the hexagonal type. i always assumed it was the same or close to a olympic bar, but figured id find out here. thanks.

You’d have to weight it. Mine is 45 pounds, but they aren’t really standardized and can be all different weights. I had to weigh mine.
