Your legs are a lot further along than the rest, good job there. If youre happy with your progress thats good. But i firmly stand behind my point that 220g of fat in a postworkout meal is a horrible idea. There are just so many better (and more reasonable) approaches to muscle gain. There is a load of good info on nutrition on this site.
John meadows stuff looks extremely promising but a bit expensive, the concepts are solid though. Thats just to name one person who happens to be fresh in my mind, there are plenty of others with good nutrition ideas
My posts were not a knock at your dedication or tenacity in the gym. But you cant out-train a bad diet unless you have very special genetics. I think there is a lot of room to improve that post workout meal.
I used the older version of muscle juice for pretty long time a while back. I handled it pretty good, only had it post workout, once I did during-workout I bloated horribly. They have a newer version of muscle juice, without all the sugar, I think. With the muscle juice and whole foods pizza post workout, I put on 50lbs in 2 months, and ran the chicago half marathon no problem in that time(my avatar), I even sprinted the last portion of it. But after a while, I couldnt handle the muscle juice.

Like everything else, it has a time and place. I would be retarded to add a high sugar weight gainer in now…but seriously, does anyone think I would have just blown up from 95 fucking pounds by NOT forcing some major weight gain?
Either way, if you got good results, no one can ever tell you that you did it wrong…especially if they haven’t done the same.
