Weight Gain Over 40?

I am a 44 year old male with about 20 years personal training exp under my belt. Always wanting to learn> I have been stuck at 224lb for about a year now. I have great muscle maturity and great cuts. I have cycled sus 250 3x week while trying to bump my cals and protein at the same time.

Need some sensible, solid advice to get to 250lb, my goal and maintain my cut and proportion. Thanks for the help in advance.

3 sust 250 per week …what kind of cycle is that …?? where is you AI or your PCT
