Struggle Gaining Weight

hello…!!!

iam 23 and 6 ft 4 and weigh 12 half stone, i’v always been natural fit and love sports. i am a pure ectomorph and find it hard to put on weight…I am happy with my physique except my arms which are 12.5 inches, which is very small for a guy my hight. i’v been training for over 2 years and iam struggling to see any improvment… i have been considering on taking steroids to help get the musical mass that i want. Is there anyone out there that could help me with some advice, iam open to all options.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. obiously i’m a beginner on this site.lol

There is unlikely to be a soul here who will help you use anabolic steroids to reach your goals.

Have you tried eating more? Let me guess… it doesnt matter how much you eat, you cant gain?

whats your diet like?

Wrong section of T-Nation. I’m sure the vets here would be glad to help (like JJ) but PM them or move the thread to bodybuilding, or supplements and nutrition. If you think you “eat like a beast” now, it’ll be a piddly amount compared to using the juice. Your body can’t make matter out of nothing, you have to feed it.

for the record, and this happens to be a broken record but anyhow.

AAS is not a magic pill, they will not give you muscle or turn you into a beast.
its hard work and diet that does that.
AAS just makes hard work a little more rewarding in my eyes.
do yourself a favor, frequent the beginners forums.
read al you can on diet and training all you can untill your sick of it and then read more.
put what you have read into action and while doing that really take a deep look into all sides of AAS and usage.
and then after that come back and I can promise that the vets tha tare still here at tha ttime will be more than happy to help you on your trip to the “dark side”

but you have to learn the other side first and 2 years frankly is not enough in my opinion

if you are dead set after this on staring then I am sure we can help point you in the right direction of some reasearch via the search button on top of this page.

Its very obvious for most, however obviously not for yourself. You are not eating near enough. Its just that plain and simple.

Eat clean calories every two hours. Keep stuffing yourself until you start to put on weight. If all the weight you are putting on is obvious fat gain then back the calories off some.

I have to agree with that. It really is that simple. I, like you, have always struggled to gain weight/muscle. But I’m putting it on now since I’ve upped my calories dramatically. You need to eat until you want to puke. Sometimes I hold my mouth closed when I know it’s coming back up so I can swallow it back down. Gotta do what you gotta do…
