Deloading weeks or weeks off are always necessary once in a while or only when you are extremely active (training 4,5 days a week) ?
At the moment I train twice a week full body I don’t think I need deloading but I just wanted to make sure
You’re probably right but you have to go by how you feel. Stress and lack of sleep can reduce recovery ability. That and 2 heavy full body workouts a week could be too much on a regular basis. Learn to recognize the signs of overtraining and take a week off before you have to because you get sick.
i train 5 days a week ussually and i rarely deload and im ussually against it but when your body tells u to rest do it, it makes a world of a difference
