Your probably right that I should be leg pressing and squatting more.
( I can only squat 365 lbs and I started at 225 ) last time I did which was a while ago, as the leg press machine at school is just at easy reach full time and people are always using the 45lb barbells to bench. )

Im going to put it out there that Im one of those guys who doesn’t work out his legs much.
no lie about once a week and not much of a workout for real gains.
Like I said Im no pro, but will start working like your suppose to when the summer hits.
Guess Im just being a dick in school trying to have the best upper body around.
I know legs should be at the same level as your upper body and im lacking there.

168 lbs while benching 270 is not unbelieveable by any means. I was benching that in HS and weighed a hellofa lot less then 168.
I would even venture to say that you may actually be in HS seeing as how you posted leg press stats instead of squat or DL. A lot of HS weight lifting classes use leg press more than squat.
Either way, if you wanna smoke fkn smoke. Use a bong or waterpipe instead of a pipe or a blunt so it doesn’t burn your throat. /thread
Apples get my vote. You can make whatever size bowl you want out of them, they’re cold (if you put it in the fridge) and it makes for a healthy, tasty snack when you’re done.

yeah I grab a Barbell the small kind with 65 pounds on it and I can Pull myself up
3 times.
( Bar 15, and 2x 25s on each side. = 65lbs.

This may not be the place to ask this but do any of you know how to get the vaporizers with a whip to work? (I’m more thinking actual advice not “hit it” believe me I tried that) I’ve only ever used volcanos effectively but I’m much too poor to afford my own and so have to settle for the cheap one.

His bench isnt crazy. I dont believe he can do it. But a lot of people have put up 300lbs at 170. Bench press 3 times a week and eat and it’s very doable for people with some natural strength.
Who cares what he benches or leg presses. Honestly. Just stick to answering his original questions and help him out. This whole tangent on the bench press irritated to many people and it only shows their insecurity.
