Weed & Bodybuilding: The Good & The Bad

Who cares what he benches or leg presses. Honestly. Just stick to answering his original questions and help him out. This whole tangent on the bench press irritated to many people and it only shows their insecurity.
Who are you to tell people what to do?

Why is everyone bitching about his numbers?

Dude, eat, lift, smoke, eat, sleep, repeat.

It’s that simple.

If THATS what happens, lay off the reefer bro.

I smoke at least twice a day since I was in high school with a few small breaks. Namely being fucked up on other drugs(before I ever started lifting.) Since I started lifting 1.5 years ago, I’ve added over 30 lbs of muscle. I was a skinny 130 or less. Now I’m probably even a bit leaner and getting into the mid 160’s.

I can do:

315x5 on the DL for 5 perfect touch and go, max 375 arched back
bench 185x3, may ditch the flat bench soon b/c I like the feel of the incline bench better
squat 255x3, 225x8 A2G
front squat 225x3, 185x9 A2G
standing OHP: 125x3
push press 155x3
clean 185x3

I have quit smoking for short periods since I started lifting. Once for 6 weeks, and a few times for just a couple days at most. My dosage also fluctuates from week to week, month to month…

I can say for sure that how well I train, eat, sleep, and manage other stress in my life is a hell of a lot more important than how much weed I smoke. I will also note that I haven’t had enough time off of the weed to really tell a fair, clear-cut difference.

I’ve had regression, plateaus and spurts since I started. It seems to go back to the training, diet and lifestyle more than how much weed I smoke.

This may not be the place to ask this but do any of you know how to get the vaporizers with a whip to work? (I’m more thinking actual advice not “hit it” believe me I tried that) I’ve only ever used volcanos effectively but I’m much too poor to afford my own and so have to settle for the cheap one.
describe the issue.

He’s 20 years old and still in highschool… maybe you shouldn’t be smoking?
