Weak Knee

I have a big problem which stops me from traing me legs hard. My left knee like gives out at a certain point. This happens everytime not once in a while. It’s like i try to do single leg squats with it and ill fall right on my ass. Anyone ever have this problem or know what in hell it is?

Take it easy on the knees. I used to have the same problem. What I did is to stop running for about a month, but keep squatting. Once the pain stopped, i resumed running, but now i feel no pain.

Squatting actually makes your knees “stronger”, but cut out the cardio to let them heal.

You can also look into calcium and fish oil supplements if you’re not taking them already. I think they might have helped me with the recovery somewhat.

don’t run, there is so pain, it just dies out.
