that was to a 3board, so pretty limited range of motion (well more than most of the tards I saw at the gym today thought), but I see it full range in the near future. weight felt good in my hands, hoping to start videoing some shit again

really a couple of horseshit days and started to feel distracted and disappointed about things. then just watched Get Carter, the Sly remake from 2000. that pretty much set me straight again and describes my usual attitude about what is important and how to approach the world, lol…

That remake was actually pretty good.

Glad to hear that you’ve sorted out some things. It’s definitely tough balancing all of our priorities around. Sucks about the dream job but if it wasn’t in your salary range then maybe it wasn’t a dream job.

I would love to see a 730 press, three board or not. That would just be amazing.

Bench SHIRT is Metal Ace Pro. Looking to get into the 700s, 730 felt pretty comfortable will need to take it lower sometime soon.

a few of them here. this one has the best vibe currently. new owner is a 21 year old with his NCP pro card, now trying his hand at strongman and pl. have a punchcard membership and use it for monday heavy lower/pulling stuff. will definitely keep going. only problem is the basement, where the strongman and pl stuff is, is so fucking hot and humid
