yeah, my God Mornings were awesome…

I didn’t note that yesterday my wife left for the commercial gym, both kids in tow. I offered to take the almost 5 year old with me. Ten minutes later I get a call from her phone, with Ewan crying that he made a mistake, he should have stayed with me. I drive to the rescue, and grab the one year old too. Of course my wife took full advantage, 3 hours later I text her as to where she was at, she responded ‘sunning my buns’…

Haha…yeah, that happens to me too when I take our son.

still pissed about the 545 + bands miss. the fucking bands just kept surprising me on the lockout portion. my lockout currently sucks on the dl, used to be my strong point. wierd how much that can change. need to keep working on it, will get it where it needs to be. also think shitty eating today, actually way to few calories (missed two meals, which never usually happens) plus work stress left me a bit off. in fact still leaving me off, can’t fucking unwind to sleep…
