Soon you’re going to defect to Crossfit, you SOB.

snapper, that’s funny. I new as soon as I posted I would get some shit from you… tricep death is way far from crossfit though.

That just rocks, I need to find a training partner.

today: walked a few miles, rolled, stretched

took kid to ballgame, it was awesome despite getting trounced by Chicago

after all this time wife finally pushed the prowler. she liked it

As long as you believe, that’s what matters.

A family that pushes the prowler together…

and it removes tattoos and lengthens arms

most single ply folk I know tend to stick with Titan for bench shirts…

Wife pushing prowler is AWESOME Pete!

Thanks, was just curious cause I really like my METAL single ply squat suit, but didnt know about their single ply shirts.

DF, not saying they are bad. Might be worth a go, still think a properly sized F6 would be a good one for you. I would work with Ken Anderson @ Anderson powerlifting, he is the man when it comes to Titan stuff, and sizing, and turn around time.

meh, all my remaining meetings for the day have been moved out or cancelled. if no meetings not much for me to do. guess I will hang out until its time to go train:)

she was bemoaning that she had run out of time in her day to get cardio in, at 5:30 p.m. yesterday. I convinced her to let me take her to a nearby parking lot and she could do sprints w/prowler while I watched the kids.

she just texted me that her legs are toast today:)

awesome that wifey is pushing the prowler…

and that is some crazy rep pressing.

Love how the fellow gear whores bust your balls

I know, right? I might have to do some ridiculous rep work tonight just to fuel the fire.

I have been reading both the Westside and Lexen logs lately, those guys really do some crazy freaky shit including stuff like drop set front squats… hmmm.

WOD

The Amber

felt really really tight today. same wierd tightness in right leg that got me in trouble a couple of months ago. blaming the sprints on the treadmill for now

spent a lot of time warming up, stretching

bike 5 min

pvc roll, 10 minutes

static stretch 10 minutes

Front squats bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 365 x 1

then
405 x 2
315 x 7
225 x 13
135 x 25
(drop set)

nothing was really to ‘failure’ but was hard as shit, in the swampy basement gym I was at my shirt was soaked through after this, abs and legs aching

sldl from one pin
225/315/405 x 3,
405 + 1 pair of chains x 3
405 + 2 pair of chains x 3
405 + 3 pair of chains x 3
405 + 4 pair of chains x 3
405 + 5 pair of chains x 3

per gym owner this is circa 270 - 300 in chain weight, however with his set up not all were clearing the floor. bar was a smooth shitty old York bar, so keeping grip was one of the biggest issues

finished with prowler, 90lb x 40 yards x 8
