Weight’s ~267 and going up.

Just found the log, wondering if you have anymore updates? Did you go with the Anaconda protocol?

Same here, looking forward to seeing your progress waylander!

I noticed before you began anaconda you always used WMS and whey protein pre, peri, and post workout – I’m considering a similar approach with dextrose post contest.

Does all that damn whey protein make you gassy at all?

edit: yeah that military is awesome, you’ve certainly inspired me to focus on my compounds post contest!

You mentioned a LONG time ago, earlier in the log, that you started doing AM cardio. What did you do? Are you still doing it or are you trying something else?
