Chest and quads yesterday, 365x4 incline smith and pec deck stacked for multiple sets. Sucks because I love pec deck but I can’t add anymore weight gay.
Quads were insane, decided to do 200 meters of walking lunges with 95 lbs on my back. Yah…I thought I was going to die. Collapsed at the end of it and about passed out, it was insane haha.
For adding weight to the stack, I’ve seen people put a plate on the pin… somehow. Maybe you could try that? Anyways, this is an awesome log, I am glad someone as awesome as yourself is starting it up /nuthug

Thanks man.
Sadly, every pin is attached to the machine by a rubber cord, can’t take them off. They have little rubber plates you can add on but it’s just retarded when have like a 3 ft high stack of 2 1/2 lb rubber weights lol

Mebbe you could do something like this? …probably not, I’m sure you’ve tried everything already lol.
LOL that drawing is awesome, props my man! hahaha. Yah Man I’ve tried. A lot of the machines are built with a metal bar in front that does not allow for a plate to fit. That and the metal pins are very short, wouldn’t be able to make it through a plate and lock in the machine plates. It’s pretty much bullshit lol.
they have a gaint sign that says TO NOT ADD EXTRA PLATES TO MACHINES…sigh fucking college rec centers.
Shoulders/Hamstrings today. Gym is SOOOOO PACKED! All the kiddies are back, it blows. It was definitely a struggle not to get pissed off at all the noobies.
Decided to switch back to military BB just because it’s more fun lol
225x10,8,7
Wide grip upright row: 185x12,12
DB laterals: 50x12,10
Rear delt Flys: 50x12,12,10
Finished with some cable lateral and rear delt work.
As for hamstrings, I decided to try Sumo DL’s out and man those killed my hams, did 275 for 3 sets of 10 and hams were screaming afterwards…gonna be seeing what I can do with these. Finished with some seated and lying leg curls.
Attached pic is how things look right now. I think the left leg looks a little more in balance with the right now. I really wish I could start Front squatting again though but I don’t want to just cause the imbalance to grow. All this single leg BS is annoying…can’t use real heavy loads and until the LP gets fixed I’m shit outta luck on that…oh well.

Tie a trainer to it
Seriously though man, looking solid keep up the good work
Just got back from the chiro and he gave me good news! My structure is pretty much totally in line now, YAY! Pelvis is no longer super out of whack and the left shoulder has dropped down a ton. This means I can start squatting again, THANK GOD!
Have to go back every 3 weeks for check ups and minor adjustments but I should be good to go now.
Squatting felt amazing today. Been about a 4 month lay off from any squat movement and front squatted 315x3 pretty damn easy today. With my IT bands no longer super tight I am now able to keep my back completely vertical. I didn’t even really have to hold on to the bar, it just stayed in the gap b/w my delts and neck. Left leg bore the weight equally and the movement felt super smooth. Exciting stuff!
I think the left leg looks better too, before it was obvious. Now you can only notice when you stare. But it’s a pic of you, so of course we’re staring haha
Nice improvement.
And awesome workouts, as usual.
haha, thanks Nikki. I know these aren’t exactly TILF material but I’ll drop pics every now and then so keep stopping by
haha sid, it’s just b/c the movement is new. The strength is already there but I can’t use it all until I learn the groove of the exercise again so I’ll probably make a 100 lb jump for reps on incline over the next month
BUSY COUPLE OF DAYS! I’ll just give the cliff notes version haha
Lets see, made a couple hundred bucks, got in 2 fights on the side walk because kids always think they can kick my ass at work, got covered in mace, got laid, hit 410x8 on BB rows and now I’m off to go hit a shoulder and quad workout, yay!
I’m pretty much addicted to squatting now since I haven’t been able to do it in so long so I’ll be adding in a quad session every chance I get.
BTW sometimes I run out of things to say so if anyone has questions feel free to fire away so I have something to talk about in here lol
