As I sit in this cold dingy little room, supping on my milky post workout milk, I feel the dull ache of the fruits of my labour, and wonder, what is the meaning of it all? Man that belt felt weird, using it for the first time. I felt like goldilocks as I did my squats: 1st set was too loose, 2nd set was too constricting, 3rd set was just right, and I drove through it like sweet porridge.

Squats were good form today, and felt powerful. Almost stalled on last rep of bench press. Deadlift was meh, can’t really focus whilst trying to avoid grazing the huge wound on my shin (i fucking did it again, Doctor ain’t gonna be pleased)but add getting a toe cramp into the equation and you have a ticket to failsville.

Finished everything quickly with plenty of energy to spare. Power cleans felt pretty damn fine, nailed the technique and someone even complimented me on it, wondering how I got it so good lol. Yeah that’s right, stroke my ego bitch. Interesting thing is that despite eating big, I’m not gaining any fat, very likely caused by my only source of carbs being vegetables, fruit and dairy.

EVerything went swimmingly apart from Overhead press, that small 2.5kg increase really made it much harder. Probably have to let my squat go up more before OHP will go up again.

This really demolished me that I gave up my workout after as my quads were cramping like crazy. I think my CNS pushed my muscles harder than they could work. Really been slacking on the diet lately, need to just eat moar, which is hard considering how surprisingly time consuming it is to eat a lot.
