Waterbury Walk : appreciation post

Damn I love this exercise so much! Everything in the P-chain gets some work, I’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I can already feel the improvements in my grip and lower back strength! Anybody here doing it too?

Can’t wait for a book by Sir Waterbury!

PS: sorry if there is any english mistakes here, my english sucks a big time.

Actually, you speak English pretty good…er, I mean, pretty well.

Thanks for the input, I appreciate it!

Hey Chad, This may sound like a weird question but do you ever use other strength coaches programs on yourself or with a client? Like say one of Ian King, Charles Staley, or Ct’s workouts? Or do you think they use yours?I’m not knocking you, or them. I think you are a fantastic strength coach and I love your workouts, but, I was wondering if any of the strength coaches use each others workout programs just for a change of pace or just for a different point of view…

I’d like to second that, the exercise is fantastic. I love it and my clients love it. Keep em coming Chad!

I’ll 3rd it! I just tried the walk for the first time tonight. Wow! I can’t believe how many different muscle groups this single exercise hits.

Thx Chad, and keep 'em coming.

John,

All of the strength coaches you mentioned definitely have good programs. I wouldn’t object to using one of their programs with myself or my clients if I saw fit.

How’s that for a politically correct answer?
