Waterbury Program For The Summer

Hey guys lately i’ve been feeling my efforts in the gym have becoming futile, so i decided to research a few methods of training. I came across the Waterbury’s training articles and after reading reviews and the articles I was quite impressed, mostly with ABBH and The Waterbury Method.

I am about 5’6, 150-155lbs (fluctuates) probably about 13%± body fat. I workout 4-6 days a week.

I am looking to slim down for the summer but I don’t want to wither away either. I am stick of the same old routines and spur of the moment made up workout routines for that day with my gym partner, so I come here looking for guidance and suggestion, will any of the Waterbuy training programs help assist me for the summer?

Again my goal, get that “beach body”, change my exercise routine for hypotrophy but not intake massive amounts of calories (such as outlined in the quattro dynamo) so that I don’t lose the weight.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Stick to 3 full body workouts per week consisting of compound exercises. It sounds like you need to put on some serious mass at that weight, and adding some more muscle will definitely lean you out too.

CW’s Summer Project would be good for what you are looking for.

actually i’m pretty built for my size, i always get the “you weigh what like 185?” question from my build and broad shoulders. I came across the summer project after posting so I think i will go for that, thanks
