Waterbury 10x3

So, if I am reading this program right and I am not using it for weight loss, I really am only lifting weights 2 times per week?

And this has worked for alot of people?

Sorry if this question is poor, but I am used to lifting 3-4 times with TBT.

The 10x3 is awesome. I love it, so far. I am, however, using it while in a caloric defecit. I’m ~192 lbs and eating ~2000 calories a day. Three times a week lifting would be insane for me.

I wouldn’t follow it if I wasn’t trying to lose weight.
