Guys,
I know that you can’t out train a crappy diet, but I’m just wondering is the above programme for people looking to lose that lat little bit of fat or would it work on someone closer to 20% BF with the correct diet in place?
I need to start a new fat loss programme and I’m confused about which to go with.

cutting= sound nutritional planning, consistency, time and some form of cardio.

It should work well in both cases provided your diet is solid.
