Im wanting to buy some Grow! Whey and Surge, but thats about $65 every 5 weeks. Im 16. I don’t know that I can dish out that kind of money. (It may not seem like much to some of you, but thats about $700 bucks a year if I kept buying this all year.) If I had to get one, would Surge be better? This is my average day:

#1-5 eggs
#2-6 oz. chicken (maybe uping that amount) with 1 cup rice, veggies, fruit, or PB sandwich
#3-6 oz. chicken (maybe uping that amount) with 1 cup rice, veggies, fruit, or PB sandwich
#4-Some type of meat (chicken, hamburger, ham, pork) with potatoes and veggies
#5-Leftover meat from #5 with potatoes and veggies
#6-Sometimes I’ll have a PB sandwich just to get some food in me before I go to sleep.
Do I need to get Grow! or not? Do I need to just eat more and get Surge for PWO? I’m looking to increase my strength. I’m doing Madcows 5x5 program.
