Goal : Stronger, Faster(linear), Quicker(horizontal), Bigger.

of reps for 85% of 1RM:

Bench press: 6 reps
Squat : 3 reps
Deadlift : 4 reps
Pullup w/we: 10 reps
Overhead P : 7

Vertical J : 30" <-(Re-tested: “Did not jump in a straight line up.. could have had 32”) [Don’t know what I was thinking for 38"]

Speed 40: 4.46 <-(Re-tested)

I don’t think anyone else is going to sign up for the contest at this point. LOL

I was under the impression you guys were in a hurry to get responses. Between Atomic Dogs original post followed by JB’s post regarding more participation I got that impression.

Did you guys give up on the idea?

Height: 5’7"
Weight: 190lbs
Goal: Maintain muscle while cutting body fat
Lifts (these numbers represent 85% of my 1 rep max):
Bench - 10 reps @ 255 lbs.
Squat - 8 reps @ 280
Deadlift - 9 reps @ 365
Pullup w/weight - 5 reps @ 230 lbs
Overhead press - 8 reps @ 145 lbs
Vertical - 20 inches

Dear T-Nation/Think Tank,

I don’t know what it is with me lately, but I am feeling a bit ignored and angry this week in this thread. I was extremely excited with the idea of having the potential opportunity to receive training from the Think Tank Crew. It seemed after some time passed that you guys were ignoring us/me because you guys had more important things to attempt… I know this may seem silly but I felt gradually dissapointed with the forum and the professional feedback than I had conceived prior to this experience. I presently feel ignored and would love it if ThinkTank could reply something to this thread.

In addition, it would be a big favor to me if you could post a little more on the Guinea pig idea.

But seriously, I’m no expert, but the stats you posted don’t look anything like a slow twitch dominant person. Endurance athletes don’t typically have speed and explosiveness numbers like an NFL RB or WR.
