you guys are lame, crossfit gave me great feedback.
You should’ve stuck with CrossFit forums.

Hmm… How bout no. I enjoy crossfit forum, T-Nation forum, as well as many others.
That’s fine, i’m all for constructive criticism, but as far as i’ve seen, i’ve only seen insults and trash. I am one of the hardest working & most dedicated athletes on T-Nation, and I will be treated as such.
An btw, CrossFit is not something that is well-received here; CF is seen as recklessly open-minded and overly gimmick-laden in its approach to fitness.

I don’t train crossfit style, though I respect their outlook on fitness, plus they have hot chicks, whenever I go to a crossfit event, I meet plenty of fine motivated females who are obsessed with performance/fitness just like myself. It is a great place to meet people who really strive to achieve impressive gains in conditioning and fitness.
I train differently from them in the way that, I squat heavy every other day, I sprint with full recovery, and most of my “Cardio” comes from walking, jump rope, or dunking. I also don’t do any upper body lifting or olympic lifts. Instead, I stick to bodyweight occasionally, though that is something I need to get more strict with, and try to avoid doing, since it helps maintain too much upperbody mass on my frame. I’m trying to lose nearly all upper body mass. Currently, my biceps are around 12 inches, i’d like sub-10 numbers in that department, absolutely no fat, striations, etc.

Also, your definition of helpful seems to be different from everyone elses here. You want advice on how to drop to 130…everyone else is trying to be helpful in telling you that your goal is poorly formulated and misguided.
I am so confused by this statement… My goal is to hit 130, why would anyone tell me that my goal is misguided? That makes absolutely no sense… Consider this, using the greek calculator, I actually am bigger for my wrist sized, than the statues, in my thighs/hips and calfs… The muscle I have on my lower body rivals that of a man who is 6’1 190 at least. 24" thighs, 17" vmo, 15" calfs… at 152.
I would like to increase those numbers while getting my bodyweight down to 130.
6’1 130 is NOT unhealthy, I guarantee you that when I reach those body composition levels I will be of the utmost elite fitness. My endocrine profile will be extremely optimal. Vertical jump is explosive, sure, but half squatting builds that explosive strength needed to jump. Don’t lecture me on vertical jumping, it is a subject, that which you know nothing of, so please, refrain from interjecting your thoughts on that subject in my presence.

Overall, I think you need to reevaluate your goals.
I disagree, wholeheartedly.
