its actually no-pump-no-creatine-no-legs. I cut my legs off to shed some bodyweight. I am not standing in the picture, my friend had to put me on a table. When it comes to pecs I have an doctors appointment next week, he is going to remove them. About fat: I am going for the skinny fat look, so my goal is to lose musclemass and gain fat. The picture in my avatar is the starting point, when I am done I`m going to look alot more soft and be smaller at the same time. Wish me luck on my path to a better body mate :slight_smile:

I respect your decision to become skinny fat, that is pretty rare to see on a bodybuilding forum. You will get laughed at, flamed, and disrespected daily, but know that if this truly is your goal, if it truly is in your heart, let no one get in the way of your dreams. We all have different physique goals, not everyone wants to look like they’ve been stung by bees, not everyone wants to be unable to perform anything athletic due to too much muscle mass, not everyone drools over nude men on a stage posing with their overly muscled bodies.

People will tell you that your “physique goals” are not in line with the views of body building, why’s that? Are you not building fat? Are you not molding and shaping your physique how you so choose? I’m 6,1 and I recently weighed 150. 150 is the weight my body seems to stay at when I’m not keeping up with the gym. I’ve always been skinny, but 130 lbs?
