Your vert is good, but all your dunks are the same. You’re going to need to pull out some 360’s, windmills, under the legs if you plan on winning dunk contests like you say.
GO AWAY RETARD.

Constructive criticism, man. You won’t win any dunk contests with those dunks, and I’m not even trying to insult you.

But really kid, you’re ugly, weak, small, and a terrible athlete. Maybe take it to 4chan or something, you might have some ground there.
No need to kiddo, I’m not a career troll.
Don’t worry, I’m a software engineer, I’m surrounded by kids like you. Sad fucks whose only developed social skill is pissing off strangers, and remarkably look like actual trolls.

unfortunately i’m still too jacked, need to do something drastic to get to 140… im cutting out all protein from my diet and maintenance lifting.

this is a upper body pic from 1 week ago, 152.

Just realized this is the same dude that tried to call out the Swole Patrol, trying to defend Bikram Yoga.

His quote:

"first off all, whoever this idiot is in the video, is way too bulky… secondly, bikram yoga added 50 lb to my squat max in only 2 years.

educate yourself before you disrespect our art.

pathetic peons."

Their Response:

This dude trolls on multiple levels.

that swole patrol guy seems like a total nerd

I love swole patrol

lol, swolediers

You do realize that you can only get so strong at your current weight and your relative strength doesn’t magically increase if you are losing weight necessarily, right?

Think about it this way, if you weigh 130 and can squat 275 vs weighing 160 and squatting 375, you are much stronger 30 pounds heavier and also stronger relative to your bodyweight.
right but i want to maintain 325 x 5 half squat… so if i get to 130 lb, from 153 lb currently, and maintain 325 x 5 half squat, that’s a good 6 inches on vert for sure.
its very difficult to lose weight, be it fat or muscle and maintain current strength levels. not saying its impossible. but even losing fat can negatively effect strength levels. the simple fact is when you lose weight, your lifts will go down. not always of course. but in my experience, thats just how it is.

Your grip strength is impressive, however this is still a BBing site and you still look like shit. No offence intended with that comment
Offense taken. Are you an authority on bodybuilding? You define the rules? I bodybuild by streamlining my physique as much as possible. For me, jumping is everything, that is my #1 goal in life. So I build my body by: improving leg/glute/calf mass & strength, decreasing upperbody lean mass/upper body bone mass/water weight/glycogen reserves/and fat mass.

With all do respect, offense was taken. I do not look like shit, most females would attest to this, on the internet or in real life where i routinely get looks, compliments, and phone numbers. On another note, I actually had my bodyfat PERSONALLY caliper tested by Greg Glassman, and he stated that my physique was very proportional, aesthetic, and athletic. He mentioned my physique was more like bruce lee’s, same leverages and at the time, same body fat. Perhaps it was just because I flared my lats for him, perhaps I will flare my lats for T-Nation, but as of now with all of these insults it doesn’t look like it.

I’ve checked your pictures in your profile, I don’t want to start some kind of feud, but you have no right telling someone they look like shit. I embrace & enhance my ecto, while you seem to struggle improving your meso. And honestly, what’s up with the bushido shtick? I’m not trying to insult your love for the japanese samurai warriors, but, let’s just get one thing straight. Worshipping a “breed of warriors” who was so horribly defeated in WW2 and in Pride vs UFC is futile. Your role models should not be “the defeated”, perhaps that is why you have stalled your progress. Anyway I hope that helps.

I have no ego.

Listen i’m not trying to threaten you, sorry if you took it that way. I have alot of respect for those kinds of issues and would never threaten anyone on the internet. I respect the dojo, I have an extensive martial arts background growing up, 10 years in shotokan karate. For the last 4 years I’ve spent my time training UFC at various gyms around south florida.

Here’s some heavy bag work AFTER I sparred with a pro mma fighter and junior olympic boxer:

Again, incorrect. I look better than most lightweight powerlifters, and my lifts are not far off in the deadlift/squat. My half squat is 325 x 5 @ 152, my deadlift, though I do not train it anymore due to back issues, is easily over 400.

I am skinny, sure, but so is a cheetah. I am a cheetah among lions and bears on T-Nation. I am not willing to disrespect my own bread in order to try and become a lion or bear. Too many cheetah’s on here trying to become bears or lions, it is a shame really. Embrace who you are in the bodybuilding world.

Anyway, when I get down to 130 5% bodyfat, I’ll probably do a few shows.

ummm, you train “ufc” don’t you mean you train mma? ufc isn’t mma. ufc is a company, the sport is mma. please don’t confuse the 2. you think girls like your body type. lol. maybe some do, cause they like the girly weak look, cause it doesn’t make them feel all uneasy and threatened. contrary to what some females say, any girl who claims she doesn’t like a big muscular man is either lying or in complete and utter denial. or both. does it make you feel good to know their are girls out there bigger and stronger than you, lol.

Want to lose weight?

 1. Shave your entire body. That’s like 5 pounds of hair.
 2. Consume only water and vitamins for a month. No vitamin D though, we want you to lose some skeleton as well as muscle.
 3. Enema
 4. Vomit
 5. Donate blood
 6. Spit 200 times. You look like you could do this.
 7. You really only need one arm to dunk… after that you could shed some useless connective tissue like the deltoid, pectoralis major&minor, serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi, subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres major&minor, trapezius, rhomboideus major&minor as well as a clavicle and scapula.

Trust me. I’m a dentist.

Donate a kidney, you got two of em, and they’re fucking heavy bro.

LMFAOLMFAOLMFAO

i’m taking a dump right now and just bursted out laughing.

Bikram Yoga is not to be disrespected. Elite level athletes use Bikram Yoga more so than progressive resistance training. Over the last few years I have cut progressive resistance training out entirely from my training regime, and the results have been nothing less than stellar. I occasionally test my barbell squat just to see if i’m getting stronger, which is usually the case. Right now my projected max squat (based on Bikram Yoga Squat Iso Hold) is around 635 for 1, at a bodyweight of 153.

Don’t diss it until you try it, it really works. Isometric holds + stretching + bodyweight exercises in 120F environments is extremely anabolic, it is so anabolic in fact that I have reduced my animal protein intake, as well as whey protein intake, and substituted with various soy proteins, the result, even more muscle & improved strength.

Adios

Did you read my blog on this issue and try to pass it off as your own? If so, that is a violation of intellectual property rights and I will not stand for this, my lawyer will contact you shortly.
Ok so we all know level-7 is very effective at bringing out the highest levels of performance, but what about level-8? Level-8 is body modifications in order to improve relative strength the utmost greatest levels. So far, we have a few techniques at streamlining the body to it’s absolute lightest state, here are a few:

 • Complete laser hair removal of the entire body
 • Organ removal (one eye, one kidney, one lung, one testicle, GI tract shortening)
 • Removal of certain muscles (for example, instrinsics of the hand and various forearm muscles)
 • Liposuction to reduce fat levels
 • Organ replacement (replacing organs with lighter weight artificial substitutes, ie, artificial heart)
 • Portable limbs, in the case of jumping, this might be removing the left arm for a left leg - right reach jumper. The arm can be re-attached after training/competition.
 • Laxitives for severe dehydration
 • Enemas for removal of all fecal matter
 • Bone replacement (replacing calcium based bones with lighter weight composites)
 • Skinning

Just a few ideas.

Train hard,
