ok. #1 if you were to come to us a little more seriousely earlier instead of being stuck on the whole dunk praise issue this whole thread may have been a bit shorter.
This site is full of PL’s and BB’s so I think you get what Im saying about us rating your physique. You dont show any power structure, Your lifts are not impressive, and you are not well fit as a BB.
Your physique is going to get a very low score because its to our standards not what you think is strong.
As for helping you meet your goal of 130lbs, I dont think its gonna be easy, I dont think it’ll be healthy at all. But pretty much all you gotta do is stop eating. Do a fast. This is horrible advise and I hope no one else reading through this would ever make the choice you are. But as for you-you gotta starve yourself more. And Id suggest seeing a doc to make sure you dont run into issues. You’re quite brittle looking as it is.

dude, its mma, yes, there are ufc gyms. cause ufc owns them. but the sport is mma. you have more experience than me little man. dude, i started martial arts training when i was 9 in shotokan karate, then go into kickboxing to now, where i have trained at Kenny florians gym just outside boston. i have also trained at another mma gym near my home.
