Want to be 6'1 130, i'm 6'1 147 in this Video

My new knife:

Don’t mind the arm hair, I have really high testosterone levels, which I have to mitigate with a extremely low whey/meat protein intake, as well as a high soy intake.

Take care.

No, the trekkie forum. I’m impressed with the studying and knowledge they have or our members. Kudos, it was a great attempt. Mods should be able to give us some insight.

I say it’s the trekkei forum or just some of our guys playing around.[/quote]
was thinking this myself. done a good job of it too

You know - the guy has a valid point. He’s not running around the site shitting on bodybuilding. He made his own thread, so really, he’s just responding to being attacked.

His goals may seem odd, but they’re his goals, and they are contained in one thread that he started. If people don’t like what he’s doing, stay out of his thread, right?

IMO a troll is one who crashes threads and makes obnoxious comments about others or the topic - he doesn’t seem to be doing that at all.

your cock looks tiny in that avatar

Let me get this straight; you’re 147 and you can’t dunk?

I could dunk at nearly 250. Bodyweight is clearly the least of your worries.
Maybe take up bowling, I hear it’s fun.

I mean, I get what you’re trying to do here.

1-up everyone and do the omni-gimmick troll thing.
But really kid, you’re ugly, weak, small, and a terrible athlete. Maybe take it to 4chan or something, you might have some ground there.

says the loser with no videos/pictures…

cool story tho bruh

Why do you throw the ball up everytime before you dunk? Is that how you have to do it in comps?

Did you see that DIII kid in the college dunk contest? Dude was the best dunker ive seen in a while @ 5’11

Pretty sick vertical you got there

You should get up to about 175-180, if you want to improve your game. 130 is crazy at that height.

nah, i lose some vert dribbling up but more than that, i just find dribble up dunks boring… i warm up with dribble up dunks all the time, land a few, then transition into lobs… lobs are chaotic, the bounce can go anywhere even though i’m pretty skilled at placing the ball, that’s what makes it 100x more fun… it’s like playing fetch with a basketball in the air then dunking.

ya he’s nasty… nasty nasty hops… he actually improved his hops quite a bit since his 2009 video.

once i get my head closer to rim and my submax jumps improve about 6 more inches, i’ll work on more advanced tricks… should be able to land windmills etc already but i’d need to practice on low rims, F that… it feels very foreign to me to do that in the air… eventually though i’d like to be mill’n/btl’n, just need 6-8 more inches total and that would come alot easier without me having to practice it.

oh ya apparently he’s doing a dunk session with TFB (teamflightbrothers) soon, should be sick.

appreciate it man

I’m a bball fan. I guess I can see your viewpoint when it comes to leaning out (IMO, you’re taking it to the extreme) to jump higher. i.e Kevin Durant, Corey Brewer…

But there’s also the likes of Shannon Brown, “D3 college kid”, nate robinson…

My point is, I hope you’re willing to change your approach if the whole “leaning out” doesn’t work…

^^ Think of all the post cutting gains he could make simply by re-upping the carbs…maybe that’s the strategy all along

ya im not built like nate or shannon though, i’m built more like “AI”… very skinny genetics, and i embrace it instead of try and fight it.

so far leaning out has done good for my vert, as i drop fat/weight in general i am getting up higher as is evident in my videos…

i’ve been as high as 180 etc, so i’ve gone the “bulk route”… the highest i’ve jumped is always the lightest: 152 > 155 > 160 > 165 > 170 > 175 > 180… 145 will be the highest once i get there.

peace

This thread is legend… whait for it…dary.

thanks for the entertainment adarqui.

Your vert is good, but all your dunks are the same. You’re going to need to pull out some 360’s, windmills, under the legs if you plan on winning dunk contests like you say.
