What happened to ur hair. How’d u get a beard

beard is genetics and just letting it grow. Hair is corona cut, but i actually like the look of it with the beard combo, so its here to stay for now…

Lowbar squat: 1x4 - 185kg
Highbar squat 3x4 - 175kg

3 sets highbar to spare the elbows a bit right now. For volume i dont need no lowbar.
Must say elbows are feeling a-okay.

New cues are helping, feel like i might somewhat soon have a halfway decent bench.

Maybe just slap slabs of muscle on your upper body for bench do ur manly beard has matching pecs. Tekkers only goes so far

one thing we are focussing on rn for sure… Didnt log the 3rd day of training, but that has larsen presses, and dumbell benches to focus a bit on hypertrophy.
Also ive been bulking a bit, to get my bw closer to 87kg in the offseason.

Glad to see you’re back on it/back on here aswell man.
